In the context of the shift towards curriculum based teacher training,the management of regional teacher training courses plays a core role in improving course quality and iterating the course system.Yangpu District takes the"living system model"as the model to build a five level progressive curriculum management framework of operating system,management system,supervision system,open system and policy system.The management mode of training courses has shifted from flat to three-dimensional,the management characteristics have shifted from closed to open,and the management effectiveness has shifted from static management to developmental management,activating regional teacher training courses and providing high-quality carriers for regional teacher development.
