评价引领名师发展——上海市虹口区教育系统"讲席名师"评价模式探索
Evaluation Leading the Development of Famous Teachers—Exploration of"Famous Teacher in Teaching"evaluation in the Education System of Shanghai Hongkou District

传统的教师评价和"名师"选拔培养,主要关注教师的课题立项、论文发表等科研素养,对教师的教育教学实践能力关注不足,这与新时代教师评价倡导的新理念不相匹配.针对这一突出问题,上海市虹口区通过"讲席名师"评价模式的探索,形成了评价引领"名师"发展的有效实践体系.这种体系以"评价促进名师发展"为理念,建构了个性化的评价内容并将之贯穿教师培养的全过程,设计了一种评价和学习"合二为一"的实践路径,同时建构了"专业力量、政府力量、教师个体、团队"协同联动的保障体系."讲席名师"评价模式不仅倡导了一种教师评价的新理念,也在实践当中为真正具有教育教学实践能力的教师成长为"名师"提供了可能.
Abstract
The traditional teacher evaluation and"famous teacher"selection and training,mainly focus on the teacher's project approval,thesis publication and other scientific research quality.The lack of attention to the teaching practice ability of teachers does not match the new concept of teacher evaluation advocated in the new era.In view of this prominent problem,Shanghai Hongkou District through the exploration of the"famous teacher in teaching"evaluation mode,formed an effective practical system of evaluation leading the development of"famous teacher".This system takes"evaluation to promote the development of famous teachers"as the concept,constructs the personalized evaluation content and runs through the whole process of teacher training,designs a practical path of evaluation and learning"two into one",and constructs a coordinated guarantee system of"professional force,government force,individual teacher and team".The"famous teacher in teaching"evaluation mode not only advocates a new concept of teacher evaluation,but also grows into"famous teacher"in practice for teachers who really have the ability of education and teaching practice.
