摘要

文章阐释了跨学科打造"科技+体育"育人特色探索的实践,从概念、机制、举措等作梳理与提炼,并以上海市嘉定区多年开展相关教育的经验作为例证."科技+体育"的内涵主要体现在跨学科整合与创新人才培养两方面,其理论基础包括联结主义教育理论、现代学习理论、协同演化理论等.跨学科打造区域育人特色包含若干关键因素,着力于区域范围内的系统架构.基于嘉定区的实践探索,文章总结出六条对策:整体架构,形成育人生态;遴选主题,聚焦发展依托;有机整合,发挥资源效能;优化课程,形成课程特色;培育师资,打造教师队伍;完善评价,建立标准体系.

Abstract

From the perspective of interdisciplinary exploration of"science and technology+sports"education characteristics,this paper sorts out and extracts relevant concepts,mechanisms and measures,and takes the experience of carrying out relevant education in Jiading District of Shanghai as an example.The connotation of"science and technology+physical education"is mainly reflected in the two aspects of interdisciplinary integration and innovative talent training,and its theoretical basis includes the coupling doctrine education theory,modern learning theory,collaborative evolution theory,etc.The characteristics of interdisciplinary regional education include several key factors,and focus on the system architecture within the region.Based on the practical exploration of Jiading District,six countermeasures are summarized:overall structure and forming the education ecology;selecting theme,focusing on development support;organic integration and exerting resource efficiency;optimizing curriculum and forming curriculum characteristics;cultivating teachers and building teacher team;improving evaluation and establishing standard system.
