摘要

为满足郊区新增人口的教育需求,各地兴建了大量中小学.但由于多种原因,这些学校发展水平不一,某些地区逐渐形成薄弱中小学聚集地.此类学校普遍面临学校发展愿景不清晰、管理团队领导力不足、师资结构失衡等发展困境.改进路径包括明确学校发展愿景,改善办学条件,建立城乡一体化发展的教育共同体;提升干部领导力,建立完善干部领导力培养机制;深化学校管理、教育教学改革,激活学校活力;争取人才保障政策支持,引培结合以解决人才之困;凝练办学特色,转变学校公众形象.

Abstract

In order to meet the educational needs of the newly added population in the suburbs,a large number of primary and secondary schools have been built in various regions.Due to various reasons,the development level of schools in the region varies,gradually forming weak clusters of primary and secondary schools.These types of schools generally face development difficulties such as unclear school development vision,insufficient leadership of management teams,and imbalanced teacher structure.The improvement path includes clarifying the school's development vision,improving educational conditions,and establishing an integrated education community for urban-rural development;Enhance the leadership of cadres and establish a sound mechanism for cultivating cadre leadership;Deepen school management and educational reform to activate school vitality;Strive for policy support for talent security,and combine introduction and training to solve the problem of talent shortage;Refine the characteristics of education and transform the public image of the school.
