摘要

加拿大由各省或地区教育部负责全省或地区教育,在中小学教材审定、选用和供应制度上具有鲜明特点,主要体现在:教材管理制度有法可依,赋予各部门明确的职责和权力;教材审定主体多元,审定标准清晰完整;教材选用流程明确,选用标准强调体现多元文化;教材供应采取免费政策,重视教材循环使用;重视数字化教材开发,规范数字化教材管理制度.

Abstract

In Canada,the provincial or regional ministry of education is responsible for the provincial or regional education,which has distinct characteristics in the approval,selection and supply system of primary and secondary school textbooks,which are mainly reflected in the following:the textbook management system is based on law,with clear responsibilities and powers given to various departments;the main body of textbook approval is diversified,with clear and complete validation standards;the process of selecting textbook is clear,with the selection standards emphasizing that textbook should reflect multiculturalism;the supply of textbook has adopted a policy of free education,with an emphasis on the recycling of textbook;and the development of digital textbook is valued greatly,with standardized management system of digital textbook.
