摘要
在社会主义全面现代化进程中,中小学高质量发展是教育现代化建设中的基础性、重要性内容,加强学校干部队伍建设,进一步激发学校办学活力,对提升学校发展效能具有重要意义.新时代中小学干部队伍建设要取得实效,必然要进行系统性的顶层设计和思考,做到政治性与专业性融合、管理性与教育性融合、外引性与内生性融合.新时代中小学干部队伍建设的关键领域是选拔任用.为加强干部队伍建设,中小学在制度建设中需要明确管理架构,完善规章制度;严定选任条件,坚持两项原则;严把选任过程,完善选任程序.
Abstract
In the process of socialist comprehensive modernization,the high-quality development of primary and secondary schools is the basic and important content in the construction of educational modernization.Strengthening the construction of school cadres,and further stimulating the vitality of schools are of great significance for improving the efficiency of school development.In order to achieve effective results in the new era,the construction of cadres team in primary and secondary schools must carry out systematic top-level design and thinking,and achieve the integration of political and professional,managerial and educational,and external and endogenous integration.The key field of the construction of cadres team in primary and secondary schools in the new era is the selection and appointment.In order to strengthen the construction of cadre teams,primary and secondary schools need to clarify the management structure and improve the rules and regulations in the system construction;Strictly define the conditions for selection and appointment and adhere to the two principles;Strict selection and appointment process,improve the selection and appointment procedures.
