摘要

思政教育工作是系统性工程,需要思政教师和其他学科教师发挥各自优势,协同推进.区域基于课程思政、大思政课等思政教育的新理念,根据思政教育的价值旨归,从区域实际出发,借助共生理论总结教师协同推进思政教育存在的三重困境:共生单元主体角色边缘化、共生关系协作关系游离化、共生环境支持系统无序化,提出破解困境的行动策略:探索明晰共生角色,提升区域教师思政教育的主体意识;构建共生关系,凝聚区域教师推进思政教育的合力;优化共生环境,强化区域教师推进思政教育的支持,以确保教师协同推进思政教育.

Abstract

Ideological and political education is a systematic project,which needs ideological and political teachers and teachers of other subjects to give full play to their respective advantages and promote together.Based on the new ideas of ideological and political education such as"curriculum ideological and political education"and"big ideological and political education course",Hongkou District of Shanghai,according to the value purport of ideological and political education,from the regional reality,with the help of the symbiotic theory,solves the triple dilemma of teachers'collaborative promotion of ideological and political education.Such as the main role of symbiotic unit is marginalized,the symbiotic cooperative relationship is dissociated,and the supporting system of symbiotic environment is disordered.To this end,the following action strategies should be formed to ensure that teachers can jointly promote ideological and political education:Explore and clarify the role of symbiosis,and enhance the subject consciousness of regional teachers'ideological and political education;Construct symbiotic relationship,condense the joint force of regional teachers to promote ideological and political education;Optimize the symbiotic environment and strengthen the support for regional teachers to promote ideological and political education.
