为适应数字技术的迭代升级,实现数字化教育转型的阶段目标,教师数字素养的提升成为亟待解决的问题.OBE教育理念与教师数字素养彼此关联,两者具备结合共生的可行性,并形成了赋能数字教育、突破技术桎梏、树立数字意识三个方面的价值意义.宏观的顶层设计确立了因材施教、启迪渐进、客观量化的微观路径,课程的反向设计、研修和智能教学平台的运用、管理,驱动教师数字素养提升."线上线下"模式孵化生成式AI,培育虚实相融的新发展模式,网络媒介的动态评估,进一步督导、监测、赋能教师数字素养的提升策略.
Abstract
Digital discourse is a trendy element in the development of education in the new era,prompting contemporary educational reform with both opportunities and challenges.In order to adapt to the iterative upgrading of digital technology and realize the stage goal of digital education transformation,the enhancement of teachers'digital literacy has become an urgent problem to be solved.The OBE education concept and teachers'digital literacy are related to each other,and they have the feasibility of combining and symbiosis,and have formed the value and significance of three aspects:empowering digital education,breaking through the shackles of technology,and establishing digital awareness.The macro top-level design establishes the micro path of tailor-made education,enlightenment and gradual progress,and objective quantification,while the reverse design of the curriculum,training,and the utilization and management of the intelligent teaching platform drive the improvement of teachers'digital literacy.The"online-offline"model incubates generative AI,fostering a new development model that blends reality with reality,and the dynamic assessment of online media further supervises,monitors and empowers teachers'digital literacy enhancement strategies.
