摘要

Z中学基于发展历史与现实基础,以积极心理学为理论基础形成了正向教育办学思想,以营造幸福校园为载体,以提升师生幸福为核心.经过近十年的探索实践,在正向教育办学思想的引领下,学校通过管理、德育、队伍建设、技术赋能教学等全方位变革,不断助推学校高质量发展.

Abstract

Based on the historical and current development of the school,Z Middle School in Shanghai has formed a positive educational philosophy with positive psychology as the theoretical foundation.The aim is to create a happy campus as the carrier and to enhance the happiness of teachers and students as the core.After nearly a decade of exploration and practice,guided by the positive educational philosophy,the school has continuously promoted high-quality development through comprehensive reforms in management,moral education,team building,and technology empowered teaching.
