摘要

为提升学生社会情感能力,应对日益严重的小学生心理健康问题,澳大利亚在全国101所小学实施通过培养社会情感能力提升心理健康水平的"KidsMatter Primary"项目.该项目以生态系统理论为基础,构建了形成积极的学校氛围、提升学生社会情感能力水平、促进良性家校合作和直接帮助有心理健康问题学生的全套干预方法,辅以教师培训,取得了良好的效果.个性化的学校心理健康干预策略、基于证据的持续评估与改进,以及全面的家校社合作是项目成功实施的关键.

Abstract

In response to the growing mental health issues among primary school students,Australia launched the"KidsMatter Primary"program as a pilot in 101 primary schools nationwide,aiming to enhance mental health through the development of social and emotional capabilities.Based on theory of ecological systems,the program has established a comprehensive set of intervention methods,including fostering a positive school community,enhancing students'social and emotional skills,working with parents and carers and helping children with mental health difficulties.With the assistance of relevant resources and facilitors,the program has achieved favorable results.Personalized school mental health intervention strategies,evidence-based continuous assessment and improvement,and comprehensive collaboration among families,schools,and communities are key to the successful implementation of the project.
