摘要

随着新时代的到来,中青年校(园)长成为引领学校发展的重要人群.但他们在专业发展路径上仍面临困境,主要表现为缺乏平台展示机会,培训体系不完善,教育思想尚未形成.为推动中青年校(园)长在基础教育综合改革中加速成长,上海市中青年校(园)长主题论坛应时而创,为建设一支高素质的基础教育中青年校(园)长队伍提供了有效支撑,探索了中青年校(园)长梯队培养的上海举措.

Abstract

With the advent of new era,new generation of young principals,is poised to become an important group leading the development of schools.However,they are faced with difficulties in the path of professional development,which are mainly manifested as lack of platform display opportunities,imperfect training system and irncomplete education ideology.To promote the accelerated growth of middle-aged and young principals in the comprehensive reform of basic education,Shanghai Middle-aged and Young Principals Theme Forum was established,providing effective support for the construction of a high-quality team of middle-aged and young basic education principals,and exploring.The Shanghai approach to the training of a succession of middle-aged and young principals.
