摘要

劳动教学设计是规划和准备劳动课程的重要过程,对落实学生的劳动素养具有重要意义.当前劳动教学设计仍存在目标表层化、内容同质化、评价片面化等现实困境.基于理解的逆向设计以其目标导向、评价优先、以学生为中心的特点引领劳动教学目标的深度挖掘,促进劳动教学评价的发展与提升,助推劳动教学内容的适配与创新.逆向设计在劳动教学中的实践策略需要教师做到以下几点:以素养提升为基石,明确劳动教学目标;设计适切的劳动活动,持续反思的劳动过程;以评价理念为指导,运用多元评估手段.

Abstract

Labor teaching design is a vital process in planning and preparing labor courses,holding great significance for fostering students'labor literacy.However,current labor teaching design still encounters practical difficulties such as superficial goals,homogenized content,and one-sided evaluation.Understanding-based backward design,characterized by its goal orientation,priority on assessment,and student-centeredness,will guide the in-depth exploration of labor teaching goals,promote the development and enhancement of labor teaching evaluation,and drive the adaptation and innovation of labor teaching content.The practical strategies for implementing backward design in labor teaching require teachers to:take literacy enhancement as the cornerstone and clarify labor teaching goals;design appropriate labor activities and continuously reflect on the labor process;guide with assessment principles and utilize diverse evaluation methods.
