英国"停止、发声、支持"项目基于旁观者视角,旨在引导旁观者有效识别网络欺凌行为,鼓励旁观者积极行动并成为挺身而出者,提升旁观者的数字素养.课程实施包括通过小组讨论导入课程、引导中小学生识别网络欺凌行为、识别旁观者与挺身而出者的差异、学会运用"停止、发声、支持"准则、共同努力创造更健康的互联网等五个环节.
Abstract
The programme is based on the bystander's perspective,and the objectives of the programme are to guide bystanders to effectively identify cyberbullying,encourage bystanders to take action and become an advocate,and enhance the digital literacy of bystanders;the implementation of the programme includes introducing the programme through group discussions,guiding primary and secondary school pupils to identify cyberbullying,recognizing the differences between bystanders and advocates,and learning to use the Stop Speak Support guidelines,The implementation of the programme consists of five parts:introducing the programme through group discussions,guiding primary and secondary school students to identify cyberbullying,recognizing the difference between bystanders and upstanders,learning to apply the Stop Speak Support guidelines,and working together to create a healthier Internet.To ensure the implementation of the curriculum,the programme is supported by government policies,social organizations such as the Anti-Bullying Alliance,and parents.The programme explores cyberbullying prevention strategies in primary and secondary schools from a bystander's perspective,which can provide useful reference for the management of cyberbullying among minors in China.
