摘要

开展对话性高中德育主题班会对发展学生核心素养十分重要,其最终目标是培养全面发展的人.应在主题班会全过程落实对话性教学原则,共同形成师生动态生成的学习 目标,结合讨论式教学方法与教师讲授(独白)开展引导学生与客体、他人及自身对话的教学过程,建构关注学生课堂表现和生成的教学评价,从而潜移默化地构筑互助共商、各负其责的师生关系,打造基于稳定学伴关系的学习共同体,促使学生在发展核心素养的过程中提升思想境界,树立正确价值观.

Abstract

Conducting dialogic moral education class meetings in high school is essential for developing students'core competencies,with the ultimate goal of cultivating well-rounded individuals.The principles of dialogic teaching should be implemented throughout the entire process of these class meetings,collaboratively forming dynamic learning objectives between teachers and students.Discussion-based teaching methods should guide students in dialogues with objects,others,and themselves,constructing a teaching evaluation that focuses on students'classroom performance and development.This approach subtly fosters a cooperative and responsible teacher-student relationship,creating a learning community based on stable peer relationships,which in turn encourages students to enhance their ideological perspectives and establish correct values while developing their core competencies.
