Exploring the Integration of Hakka Culture into Chinese Language Teaching Strategies in the Context of the New Curriculum Standards
The"Chinese Language Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)"emphasize the significance of utilizing local culture as a valuable resource in Chinese language curriculum development.It introduces new requirements that local culture should promote the practicality and situational relevance of students'language knowledge,while highlighting the integration of diverse curriculum resources to enhance open-ended learning.Building upon this framework,this research,using Hakka culture as an example and focusing on the elementary school Chinese language curriculum,conducts a survey and analysis of the practical value,principles,and current status of integrating Hakka culture into Chinese language teaching.The study addresses issues such as insufficient integration of Hakka culture with Chinese language teaching,inadequacies in creating situational contexts for incorporating Hakka culture into Chinese language instruction,and a monotonous array of methods.It proposes corresponding strategies and lesson plans,aiming to contribute to the enrichment of theoretical practice in Hakka-oriented Chinese language instruction and the establishment of region-specific Chinese language education classrooms.
