一流民办大学,是指中国特色社会主义的,应用型或职业型,具有一流本科教育质量和达到研究生教育层次,注重学科建设和具有较高科研水平,深化国际合作育人,依法治校和规范管理的一流民办大学.目前,缺乏丰富的教育资源、高水平师资的汇聚以及良好的治理,是一流民办大学的建设梗阻.要建设一流民办大学,需要实现融资投资、师资队伍、治理水平、教育水平、办学层次等五个方面的高质量发展.
Abstract
First-class private universities should meet the conditions:socialism with Chinese characteristics,which is applied or being professional with first-class undergraduate education quality and postgraduate education level,focusing on discipline construction and high research level,deepening international cooperation and educating people,managing schools based on law and standardized procedures.At present,the lack of educational resources,high-level teachers,and good administration hinder the construction of first-class private universities.To build a first-class private university,it is necessary to achieve high-quality development in five aspects:financing and investment,teaching staff,school administration,education level,and school-running level.
