Research and Practice on Online and Offline Blended Teaching in Local Colleges and Universities
Local colleges and universities should actively serve the local economic and social development to meet the new needs of local industries and the new goals of talent cultivation,actively explore new paths for reform and development,reform and innovate education and teaching models so as to promote high-quality development.This paper introduces the connotation and development of blended teaching,analyzes the current application status and existing problems of blended teaching in colleges and universities,and proposes to construct an online and offline blended teaching model and implementation strategies for local colleges and universities,taking the construction of first-class undergraduate courses as the background.It focuses on four aspects:top-level design of the school,teaching mode design,blended course construction,and teaching evaluation system.Through the analysis of the questionnaire survey results of the teacher and student evaluation of the implementation of online and offline blended teaching in Jiaying University,the effectiveness of online and offline blended teaching in local colleges and universities education and teaching is shown.
