Problems of Public Participation in Environmental Protection in China and Their Solutions
Good environment is the development premise condition,which involves the vital interests of the majority.Therefore,the introduction of environmental public participation mechanism is the necessary condition of the solution of the problem of environment,as well as the mainstream of the development of the international situation today.But,for the industrialization in China started late,the environmental laws and regulations policy is still in its initial stage of immature public participation system.There are problems such as abstract regulations with weak operability,imperfect information disclosure,the narrow participation subject scope.In this paper,based on the existing problems of public participation the reasons are analyzed so as to seek the sultions.
