An Analysis on the Talent Training Mode of Business Administration Major Based on Multidisciplinary Integration
Multidisciplinary integration is the main starting point for colleges and universities to cultivate high-level talents with innovative ability and cooperative spirit and it is also an important way of scientific research innovation.Based on the concept of multidisciplinary integration of talent training,this paper clarifies the theoretical significance of multidisciplinary integration,summarizes the practical experience and necessity of domestic and foreign universities,and puts forward the construction direction of multidisciplinary integration of business administration undergraduate talent training mode based on the unique attributes of business administration major.This paper concludes that the matching of management talent training and demand will be effectively improved and it also provides some inspiration and reference for promoting the innovation of business management undergraduate talent training mode in local universities.
