Intelligent Optimal Dispatching Strategy for Emergency Materials in Disaster Sites under Multiple Constraints
Formulating fair and effective emergency material allocation strategy is an important guarantee for reducing losses from sudden disasters.In this paper,an emergency material scheduling model with multiple constraints is proposed considering the degree of urgency,maximum satisfaction rate and fairness in the case of material shortage,and a hybrid Sparrow Search Algorithm is proposed to solve the model.Aiming at the multiple constraints of the proposed model,a balanced decoding strategy is designed to improve the decoding ability of the proposed algorithm,and a local transform search operator is designed to improve the local optimization ability of the proposed algorithm.The experimental results show that the proposed model can maximize the utilization efficiency of emergency materials under multiple constraints,and provide strong support for emergency materials distribution.The proposed algorithm has good optimization ability and can obtain a fair and effective emergency material scheduling plan,meeting the needs of intelligent optimization scheduling of emergency materials.
