Machining of Upper and Lower Irregular Parts Based on Towedm CNC Wire Cutting Programming System
Aftar analyzing the wire cutting machining principle of upper and lower irregular parts,this paper introduced the programming and machining methods of upper and lower irregular parts based on the Towedm CNC wire cutting programming system.Based on the Towedm CNC wire cutting programming system of DK7720 Electric Discharge CNC wire cutting machine tool,taking the typical upper and lower irregular parts with a circular surface and a regular hexagonal composite surface as an example,this system is used for drawing programming,generating machining trajectories and 3B format CNC programs,as well as conducting wire cutting machining and analysis.
