摘要

在较低温度下以废弃柚子皮为原料,通过一步法制备了一种磷酸改性的柚子皮生物炭(PFPPB),并对其进行表征,用于原位固定修复铅污染的土壤.结果表明,PFPPB的加入可以明显改善土壤理化性质.毒性特性浸出程序(TCLP)测试结果表明,经过PFPPB钝化修复后的土壤中TCLP-提取铅的含量明显降低,加入8%的PFPPB时对铅的修复效率可以达到 51.89%.植物毒性实验结果表明,加入PFPPB可以提高铅污染土壤中小麦种子发芽率,促进小麦苗的生长,降低小麦苗体内铅含量.

Abstract

In this study,a low-cost phosphorus modified pomelo peel biochar(PFPPB)was prepared from pomelo peel,an agricultural waste,through a facile low-temperature one step method with phosphoric acid(H3 PO4),characterized by a series of methods,and used for the in-situ immobilization remediation of Pb2+contaminated soil.The results indicated that the addition of PFPPB to Pb2+contaminated soil could obviously improve its physicochemical properties.The results of toxicity characteristic leaching procedure(TCLP)indicated that the TCLP-extracted Pb2+was effectively reduced after passivated by PFPPB and the maximum immobilization efficiency of Pb2+could reach up to 51.89%.Phytotoxicity tests illustrated that PFPPB could improve the germinate rate of wheat seeds,promote seedling growth,and reduce Pb2+concentration in wheat seedling.
