Investigation on Xinxiang Xian's Participation in Rural Governance Based on Actor Network Theory——Taking Yushui Village,Chengdong Town,Meixian District,Meizhou City as an Example
This paper takes the actor network theory as the theoretical basis, and carries out an investigation and research on the participation of new township sages in rural governance mode in Yushui Village,Chengdong Township,Meixian District,Meizhou City,Guangdong Province,by means of literature analysis method, fieldwork method, questionnaire survey method and other methods. The research shows that Yushui Village belongs to the"Cultural Identity Intra-immersion Actor Network",in which the new township sages play the role of key actors, who make full use of the government's rural revitalisation and the"Cantonese Cuisine Chef"policy to convert the cultural resources of the kitchen township into economic resources, and create the"Yushui Kitchen Village".which is the first village in Guangdong Province. They make full use of the government's rural revitalisation and"Master of Cantonese Cuisine"policies to convert the cultural resources of the Kitchen Village into economic resources, create the"Yushui Kitchen Village"cultural brand, and build a unique rural cultural community. In this process, according to the different interests of different actors, the dilemmas of insufficient policy support, poor governance channels, low motivation of villagers, and insufficient reserve force of young new township sages in the process of participating in the village governance are proposed, and countermeasures to the dilemmas such as the introduction of incentives, the promotion of the party and group ideology, the improvement of the governance pathway, and the integration of the new township sages are put forward.
