Research Progress and Prospects of Rural Industries under the Background of Rural Revitalization:A Visual Analysis Based on CiteSpace
The development of rural industries serves as the fundamental premise and cornerstone for achieving the revitalization of rural areas.The investigation of rural industries is a multifaceted interdisciplinary endeavor encompassing various fields,including geography,agricultural economics,rural economics,rural sociology,and rural ecology.In order to elucidate the research directions,identify research hotspots,highlight representative institutions and scholars,as well as explore mutual cooperation relationships in the field of rural industries development,CiteSpace software was utilized for analysis and visualization of scholarly articles pertaining to rural revitalization.A total of 865 literature sources were acquired from China Knowledge Network(CNKI).The analysis encompassed various indicators including number of published papers,keyword co-occurrence patterns,emergence of new keywords,author co-occurrence networks,and collaboration networks among publishing institutions.Four conclusions are derived from the literature analysis:(1)the research on rural industries is clearly driven by the Rural Revitalization Strategy;(2)the theme of rural industry research shifts with the change of the central work of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,showing two stages:first focusing on poverty alleviation and then focusing on rural industry development;(3)the connections among scholars and among institutions in rural industry research are not sufficiently close,which hinders information sharing and weakens research cooperation;(4)research on rural industry mainly included two aspects:rural revitalization and rural integration.In the end,the future research direction of rural industry research is projected to encompass six key areas:rural industry development models,innovation and upgrading in rural industries,the relationship between rural industries and ecological environments,the integration of urban and rural economies through rural industries,the impact of rural industries on farmers'livelihoods,and the role of new quality productivity in driving the development of rural industries.
