"Care for Yourself":Stereotype Threat and Master's Breakthrough from the Perspective of Subjective Construction of Mathematical Model Girls
Mode has an effective buffer against the threat of stereotype and helps women succeed in the field with negative stereotype.In this study,330 female college students of grade 2020-2023 in local colleges and universities were investigated for their true choice of mathematics major,and the key factors of their surrounding environment were analyzed by factor analysis and variance analysis.It is found that girls are obviously influenced by social stereotypes,and family background affects girls'choices.This paper puts forward an explanation mechanism on how family and environmental conditions affect the fact that girls stand out in the environment threatened by stereotypes.By combining Foucault's theory with contemporary reality,it enriches the observation and analysis of different groups'subject construction in existing educational sociology research.
