The construction of archival resources for major emergency events is of great significance in promoting the high-quality development of archival undertakings and empowering the modernization of national governance capabilities.This paper attempts to improve the quality and efficiency of archival resource construction for major emergency events by analyzing the stakeholders that affect or are affected by the construction of archival resources and their mutual interest and existing problems,and proposing a multi-stakeholder collaborative linkage strategy from the perspective of long-term national interests.
