Research on the Soft Sensing Model of Caustic Soda Solution Concentration
Caustic soda,the scientific name of which is sodium hydroxide,is widely used in medicine,food industry and other fields,in which the concentration is an important parameter.By measuring the density of caustic soda solution at different temperatures and concentrations,four soft sensing models of concentration-density-temperature of caustic soda solution were established by least square method,and the mathematical expressions of corresponding models were given.The experimental results show that the measurement error of the nonlinear measurement model in different concentration sections is the smallest,and the measurement error of the concentration of caustic soda solution in 0～70 ℃ is within 0.09％.The proposed soft sensing model can provide a fast and accurate calculation method for on-line measurement of caustic soda solution concentration by density in industry.
