摘要

烧碱,学名氢氧化钠,广泛应用于医药、食品工业等领域,其中浓度是一个重要参数.通过测量不同温度、浓度下烧碱溶液的密度,利用最小二乘法建立四种烧碱溶液浓度-密度-温度软测量模型,并给出对应模型数学表达式.验证实验结果表明,分浓度段非线性测量模型的测量误差最小,0~70℃内烧碱溶液浓度测量误差在0.09%以内.所提软测量模型可为工业上利用密度在线测量烧碱溶液浓度提供一种快速、精确的计算方法.

Abstract

Caustic soda,the scientific name of which is sodium hydroxide,is widely used in medicine,food industry and other fields,in which the concentration is an important parameter.By measuring the density of caustic soda solution at different temperatures and concentrations,four soft sensing models of concentration-density-temperature of caustic soda solution were established by least square method,and the mathematical expressions of corresponding models were given.The experimental results show that the measurement error of the nonlinear measurement model in different concentration sections is the smallest,and the measurement error of the concentration of caustic soda solution in 0~70 ℃ is within 0.09%.The proposed soft sensing model can provide a fast and accurate calculation method for on-line measurement of caustic soda solution concentration by density in industry.
