灌浆式半柔性路面材料路用性能试验研究

研制一种优质的水泥砂浆灌浆材料,基于现场集料性能设计了满足规程技术要求的大孔隙基体沥青混合料,通过析漏损失试验和飞散损失试验综合确定基体沥青混合料的最佳油石比为4.0%,以此制备灌注率为86.5%的半柔性路面材料,通过马歇尔稳定度试验、浸水马歇尔试验、劈裂及冻融劈裂试验、车辙试验、低温弯曲试验及常温弯曲试验分析评价灌浆式半柔性路面材料的路用性能.试验结果表明:灌浆材料能明显改善基体沥青混合料力学性能、马歇尔稳定度和动稳定度及抗剥落能力;灌浆式半柔性路面材料具有良好的水稳定性和高温性能,低温性能欠佳;灌浆式半柔性路面材料适用于南方湿热地区.
Experimental Study on Road Performance of Grouting Semi-flexible Pavement Materials
A high-quality cement mortar grouting material has been developed,the asphalt mixture with large pore matrix which meets the technical requirements of the regulation is designed based on field aggregate performance,of which the optimum ratio is 4.0%through leakage loss test and flight loss test.The semi-flexible pavement material with a filling rate of 86.5%was prepared from these materials.The road performance of grouting semi-flexible pavement materials was analyzed and evaluated through Marshall stability test,immersion Marshall test,splitting and freeze-thaw splitting test,rutting test,low temperature bending test and normal temperature bending test.The result shows that the grouting material can obviously improve the mechanical properties,Marshall stability,dynamic stability and anti-spalling ability of the base asphalt mixture,that grouting semi-flexible pavement material has good water stability and high temperature performance,and Low temperature performance is not very good,and that grouting semi-flexible pavement material is suitable for hot and humid areas in south.
