A Review of Traditional Villages Evaluation Based on Citespace
This paper systematically reviews and summarizes the research progress on the value evaluation of traditional villages in China.By using the CiteSpace software to conduct co-citation,co-occurrence,clustering,and temporal sequence analysis on literature related to traditional village evaluation,the paper organizes the research objectives,methods,contents,and the construction of the evaluation system.The research results show that the evaluation objectives of traditional villages in China can be divided into value evaluation for protection,value evaluation for development and utilization,evaluation of protection effects,and evaluation of ecological and landscape protection.Different evaluation objectives have different emphases in selecting evaluation indicators and involve multiple dimensions,including historical relics,traditional architecture,intangible cultural heritage,social and economic development,and ecological environment.Various methods are used for weight allocation and comprehensive scoring,and geographic information systems are widely used in the research on the classification and spatial visualization of evaluation.Traditional village evaluation research has gradually become more in-depth and has shown a trend of interdisciplinary,regionalization,and systematization.Looking to the future,a comprehensive evaluation system should be established,the evaluation objectives should be further refined,the evaluation indicator system should be optimized,and modem information technology should be used to improve the evaluation efficiency and accuracy,expand the evaluation scope,promote interdisciplinary integration,strengthen cross-regional comparative evaluation,and strengthen the construction of monitoring and early warning mechanisms to improve the participation and authenticity of evaluation and promote the sustainable development of traditional villages.
