A Study on the Path to Enhance the Ideological and Political Self-efficacy of College Physical Education Teachers
Physical education teachers in colleges and universities play an important role in the ideological and political education of college students as the main body of the implementation of physical education curriculum.In order to improve the curriculum ideological and political ability of physical education teachers in colleges and universities and ensure the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating morality and educating people with high quality,this paper discusses the influence of self-efficacy on the curriculum ideological and political ability of physical education teachers in colleges and universities through the method of literature and logical analysis,and puts forward the path to improve the self-efficacy of physical education teachers in colleges and universities.It is found that PE teachers with strong sense of self-efficacy show some advantages in curriculum ideological and political education practice,such as firm consciousness of educating people,innovative teaching design,diligent reflection and paying attention to process evaluation.Based on this,from the two levels of individuals and schools,it is proposed to strengthen ideological and political learning,improve professional quality,strengthen teaching reflection,optimize support conditions,enhance successful experience,pay attention to mental health and other promotion paths.
