"PLC Technology and Applications"is a core foundational shared compulsory course for the automation-oriented mechatronics professional group within the major category of equipment manufacturing.It holds an important position in the professional talent training system.Based on the Ministry of Education's document,the Guidelines for Ideological and Political Education in Higher Education Courses,this course,using PLC technology and applications as an example,restructures the curriculum to highlight its vocational,regional,and logical characteristics.By integrating the characteristics of the electrical automation profession,courses,and regional traits,the course explores pathways for ideological and political education.It delves into the elements of ideological and political education within the course,and explores teaching reform through objectives,content,methods,and evaluation.
