摘要

分析了地方高校软件工程专业人才培养"形异而质同"的问题,并进行了探索.首先,通过搭平台、建机制和持续外引内培的方式,强化师德、师风和师能提升,打造一支行业特色多元化的师资队伍;其次,紧跟行业创新发展的新要求,构建面向行业的多层次教学体系;最后,通过引入行业特色项目案例到课内实验、课程设计、实习实训、创新创业等实践环节,打造层次递进的行业项目驱动的实践实训机制.以期为地方行业高校深化软件工程"一流专业"的内涵建设提供有益参考.

Abstract

This paper analyzes and explores the problem of"different form but same quality"in the training of software engineering professionals in local universities.First of all,by building a platform,establishing a mechanism and continuing to introduce from the outside and train from the inside,we will strengthen teachers'ethics,teachers'style and teachers'ability,and create a diverse team of teachers with industry characteristics.Then,keep up with the new requirements of industry innovation and development,build a multi-level teaching system oriented to the industry.Finally,by introducing industry characteristic project cases into the practice links of inclass experiment,course design,practice and training,innovation and entrepreneurship,we build a progressive industrial project-driven practice and training mechanism.The research of this paper can provide useful reference for local colleges and universities to deepen the connotation construction of"first-class major"of software engineering.
