摘要
岗课融通是当前职业教育的趋势."中国古代文学"是师专小学语文教育专业的核心课,岗课疏离削弱了课程教学人才培养主渠道作用.充分发挥岗位制导功能,开发岗课融通教学资源,打造精品在线开放课程;进行岗课融通课堂革命;构建岗课融通教学评价体系.岗课融通教学改革实现课程教学与岗位需求的有效对接,培养学生的职业能力,提高人才的就业竞争力.
Abstract
The integration of post and course is the trend of current vocational education.Ancient Chinese Literature is the core course of primary Chinese education major in teachers'college.The alienation of post and course weakens the main channel role of curriculum teaching in personnel training.Give full play to the post guidance function,develop integrated teaching resources of post and course,and create high-quality online open courses;Carry out the classroom revolution of integrating post and class;Establish an integrated teaching evaluation system.The reform of integrated teaching can realize the effective docking of course teaching and post demand,cultivate students'vocational ability,and improve the employment competitiveness of talents.
