护理学本科生线上多模式毕业实习教学的实践研究

摘要
为探讨线上多模式教学在护理学本科学生毕业实习中的应用效果,通过问卷调查方式了解护理学本科生对线上实习教学的满意度;通过理论与技能考核评价线上多模式实习教学的效果.结果发现,线上多模式教学学生满意度总均分为(87.63±13.38)分;护理学本科生线下实习考核平均成绩为(88.08±3.23)分;线上多模式实习教学阶段性考核成绩为(87.98±3.11)分,终末考核成绩为(87.57±2.54)分;线上与线下实习考核结果相比较,差异无统计学意义(p>0.05).因此可知,线上多模式实习教学效果良好,与线下实习教学效果比较差异不具有统计学意义;构建以钉钉群直播为主要教学平台,学习通和微信群课堂为辅助教学平台的线上实习教学模式,有利于线上实习教学的开展,教师和学生满意度均较高.
Abstract
To discuss the application effect of online multi-mode teaching in nursing undergraduate graduation practice,the satisfaction of nursing students to online practice teaching,and the effect of online multi-mode practice teaching are evaluated through theory and skill assessment.The total average score of student satisfaction of online multi-mode teaching was(87.63±13.38)points.The average score of offline practice assessment was(88.08±3.23);the phased assessment of online multi-mode practice teaching level was(87.98±3.11),and the final assessment was(87.57±2.54).Compared with the results of online and offline practice assessment,the difference had no statistical significance(p>0.05).The effect of online multi-mode practice teaching is good,and the difference between the effect of offline practice teaching is not statistically significant.The online practice teaching mode with the live broadcast as the main teaching platform and learning + WeChat group classroom as the auxiliary is conducive to the development of online practice teaching,and the satisfaction of teachers and students is relatively high.
