摘要
"功能食品"是全国高等院校食品类专业的专业课程,为提高学生的专业技能、培养应用型人才专业知识面和适应能力,为保健食品的开发提供了理论依据.针对课程的性质及特点进行相关阐述,将课程的主要知识点和相关的思政教学理念加以整理,在课堂教学中使用多种教学手段,结合知识教育和思想教育,力求达到全方位育人、立德树人的目标.以期为食品专业等相关课程思政教育的开展提供一定的借鉴和参考.
Abstract
Functional Food is a professional course for food majors in colleges and universities.It improves students'professional skills,cultivates professional knowledge and adaptability of applied talents,and provides a theoretical basis for the development of health food.This study elaborated the nature and characteristics of the course,sorts out the main knowledge points and related ideological and political elements of the course,combined with a variety of teaching methods and carriers to integrate ideological and political elements into the whole process of classroom teaching,and interpenetrated knowledge education and ideological education,so as to achieve full and all-round education,and achieve the purpose of building morality and cultivating talents.It is expected to provide some reference for similar courses of food major to carry out ideological and political education.
