摘要

国内众多高校已进行研究生培养模式的改革,但是我国新工科研究生创新教育培养仍存在科研创新能力不足、学科交叉融合不够、实践能力培养不足等问题.面对新形势新挑战,对新工科研究生培养质量提出更高要求.通过分析新工科研究生创新能力培养的现实需求,探索通过科研反哺教学、团队式指导和产学研协同融合等方式,建立科教协同和团队协同的创新人才教育培养机制,形成以赛促教、以项目促教的成果导向创新创业教育体系,发展产教相融的创新人才协同培养机制,不断提升新工科研究生的科学创新能力和工程实践能力.

Abstract

Many colleges and universities in China have carried out the reform of graduate training mode,but there are still some problems in the innovative education and training of new engineering graduate students,such as insufficient scientific research innovation ability,insufficient interdisciplinary integration,and insufficient practical ability.Facing the new situation and new challenges,higher requirements are put forward for the training quality of new engineering graduate students.By analyzing the actual needs of innovative ability cultivation of new engineering graduate students,this paper explores ways such as research feedback to teaching,teamwork guidance and industry-university-research collaborative integration to establish an innovative talent education and training mechanism featuring science and education collaboration and team collaboration,forms a results-oriented innovation and entrepreneurship education system featuring competition promoting teaching and project-promoting teaching,and develops a collaborative training mechanism for innovative talents integrating industry and education to continuously improve the scientific innovation ability and engineering practice ability of new engineering graduate students.
