大学生道德人格培育的新路径

摘要
随着社会竞争的日趋激烈,大学生心理问题频发,且心理问题的类型日渐复杂,大学生的心理健康教育逐渐成为社会与研究关注的焦点.道德人格的建立属于高层次的心理健康,儒家文化对道德人格的论述与研究由来已久,是当代大学生道德人格培育的活水源头.通过对当代大学生道德人格培育的研究历程进行梳理,探讨大学生道德人格培育的研究历程,尤其是从儒家思想中汲取道德人格培育的积极取向.最后,从构建基于儒家思想的道德人格理论,将道德人格理论融入大学生心理健康教育课程体系,构建道德人格培育的良好环境氛围三个方面提出新时代大学生道德人格培育的路径.
Abstract
With the increasingly fierce social competition,the psychological problems of college students are frequent,and the types of psychological problems are increasingly complex,and the mental health education of college students has gradually become the focus of social and research attention.The establishment of moral personality belongs to the high level of mental health.The discussion and research of moral personality in Confucian culture has a long history,and it is the living source of cultivating moral personality in contemporary college students.This paper discusses the research process of the cultivation of moral personality of contemporary college students,especially the positive orientation of moral personality cultivation from Confucianism.Finally,the paper puts forward the path of cultivating college students'moral personality in the new era from three aspects:constructing the moral personality theory based on Confucianism,integrating the moral personality theory into the curriculum system of college students'mental health education,and building a good environment for cultivating moral personality.
