研究生学业水平评价是研究生教育质量评价的重要组成部分,对教书和育人都具有较强的诊断性、导向性.就研究生学业水平多元化评价体系进行了探讨,通过改进结果评价、强化过程评价、探索增值评价,克服过去研究生学业评价中"重学术、轻育人","重数量、轻质量","重结果、轻过程"的弊端,既有利于帮助学生明确自己的不足和努力的方向,促进学生进一步的发展;也可以为教学与管理提供反馈,推动教学和管理的改革与进步.
The evaluation of postgraduates'academic level is an important part of the evaluation of postgraduate education quality,which has a strong diagnostic and guidance for"impart knowledge and educate people".This paper discusses a diversified evaluation system of postgraduates'academic level.By improving the result evaluation,strengthening the process evaluation,and exploring value-added evaluation,the disadvantages of"emphasizing academic,neglecting education","emphasizing quantity,neglecting quality",and"emphasizing results,neglecting process"in the past postgraduates'academic evaluation can be overcome.This not only helps students to recognize their own shortcomings and direction of efforts,but also to promote their further development;It can also provide feedback for teaching and management,and promote the reform and progress of teaching and management.
