摘要

以电子商务专业学生为例,探讨了高校大学生在职业生涯规划过程中所面临的现实困境,并提出了相应的实施路径.通过研究发现,电子商务专业学生在职业生涯规划上普遍存在缺乏针对性指导、自我认知不足以及实践机会有限等问题.针对这些困境,提出了加强专业导向的职业生涯规划教育、提高学生的自我评估能力,以及增加实践机会和校企合作等实施路径.通过这些措施,旨在帮助电子商务专业学生更好地规划职业生涯,实现个人与职业的双重发展.

Abstract

Taking e-commerce students as an example,this article explores the realistic dilemmas faced by college students in the process of career planning and proposes corresponding implementation paths.Through research,it is found that e-commerce students generally face problems such as lack of targeted guidance,insufficient self-awareness,and limited practical opportunities in career planning.In response to these dilemmas,this article proposes implementation paths including strengthening career planning education guided by professional orientation,improving students'self-assessment abilities,and increasing practical opportunities and school-enterprise cooperation.These measures aim to help e-commerce students better plan their careers and achieve dual development of individuals and professions.
