军工院校课程思政自循环生态系统构建——基于军工文化创新基因的自挖掘与能量传递

摘要
军工文化作为经由中国革命、建设和改革的历史积淀所形成的一种重要文化形态,蕴含鲜明的价值内核和独特的育人功能.在军工院校课程思政建设中,从师生共同体视域出发,进行具象化的再加工,探索"四维一体"的军工文化创新基因自挖掘机制,围绕"融合媒介、融合模式、融合实践"探索融合路径,使思政元素与课程知识点紧密融合,创新基因循环、流动、传递方式,构建相对稳定、动态平衡和自我完善的课程思政自循环生态系统,是军工院校创新课程思政模式、提升人才培养质量的重要方式.
Abstract
As an important cultural form formed through the historical accumulation of China's revolution,construction and reform,the military industry culture has a distinct value core and unique educational function.In the curriculum ideology and politics construction of military academies,from the perspective of teacher-student community,this paper carries out concrete reprocessing,explores the"four-dimensional integration"mechanism of military cultural innovation gene self-excavation,explores the integration path around"integration media,integration mode and integration practice",closely integrates ideological and political elements with course knowledge points,innovates gene circulation,flow and transmission methods,and builds a relatively stable,dynamic balance and self-improvement course ideological and political self-circulation ecosystem.
