摘要
"双师型"教师队伍建设是提升职业院校办学水平的关键举措之一,为推动农林类高职院校"双师型"教师队伍扩规模、提素质、优结构,从厘清"双师型"教师队伍建设脉络入手,在教师培训、企业实践、教师结构优化、产学研协同创新、育人观念转变和"双师型"教师认定标准制定等方面进行研究,结合农林类高职院校教师队伍实际情况,通过问卷调查、数据分析等方式开展"双师型"教师队伍培养探究,以期在"双师型"教师队伍建设方面为云南省职业教育高质量发展提供有力支撑和保障.
Abstract
The construction of"double-qualified"teachers is one of the key measures to improve the educational level of vocational colleges.In order to promote the scale,quality and excellent structure of"double-qualified"teachers in agricultural and forestry vocational colleges,we start from clarifying the construction context of"double-qualified"teachers,in the aspects of teacher training,enterprise practice,structure optimization,industry-university-research collaborative innovation,the change of education concept and the formulation of"double-qualified"teacher identification standards,combined with the actual situation of teachers in higher agricultural and forestry vocational colleges,through questionnaire survey,data analysis and other ways,we carry out the"double-qualified"teacher team training exploration,to provide strong support and guarantee for the high-quality development of vocational education in Yunnan province in the construction of"double-qualified"teachers.
