Research on Improving the Quality of Ideological and Political Theory Teachers in Colleges and Universities
With the development of the times,the ideological and political education in colleges and universities has also been given a new mission.Strengthening the construction of ideological and political theory teachers is a key measure to effectively cope with the new situation,new challenges and new development.This paper mainly combines the author's actual situation of the structure,quality and ability of the ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities in Henan Province,and analyzes them from three aspects:firm the belief,perfect personality quality and enhance innovation consciousness.It is believed that under the new situation,colleges and universities should further improve the ability training of ideological and political teachers,attach importance to personnel training,enhance scientific research awareness and academic ability,and build an excellent team of ideological and political teachers in line with the requirements of the development of the times.
