高校教师党支部"党建+教研"协同发展研究——以河南中医药大学信息技术学院为例

高校教师党支部作为党联系广大师生的桥梁纽带,以及促进教学科研的重要堡垒,基于立德树人视域下国家对人才培养的根本要求,必须始终贯彻习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中指出的"全面贯彻党的教育方针,落实立德树人根本任务",推动党支部"党建+教研"协同发展。以河南中医药大学信息技术学院为样本,梳理高校教师党支部"党建+教研"协同发展的现状及存在的问题,分析原因,提出了更新工作理念、突破陈旧机制、创新党建方法、探索考核标准四大创新路径,以期充分发掘基层党组织的积极性,为实现立德树人根本任务提供保障。
Research on the Collaborative Development of"Party Building+Teaching and Research"of the Party Branch of University Teachers:Taking the School of Information Technology of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an Example
As a bridge and link between the Party and the vast number of teachers and students,as well as an important fortress promoting teaching and scientific research,the Party branch of university teachers base on the fundamental requirements of the state for talent cultivation from the perspective of moral education and fully implement the Party's education policy and the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents,as pointed out by General Secretary Xi Jinping in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,to promote the coordinated development of"Party building+teaching and research".Taking the College of Information Technology of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as a sample,this paper sorted out the current situation,existing problems and their reasons of the collaborative development of"Party building+teaching and research"of the Party branch of college teachers,and proposed four innovative paths of updating working philosophy,breaking through the outdated mechanism,innovating Party building methods and exploring assessment standards,in order to fully explore the enthusiasm of grass-roots Party organizations and provide guarantee for realizing the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents.
