A New Study on the Strategies of College Teachers to Cope with Mental Internal Friction
At present,many teachers,especially those in colleges and universities,will be trapped in the cycle of infinite negative thinking because of some meaningless trivial things,which is known as mental internal friction.In order to have a clearer understanding of mental internal friction,a new definition and interpretation of the meaning of mental internal friction have been made by consulting a large number of materials and combining previous studies.This paper deeply analyzes the causes of mental internal friction of college teachers from the aspects of thinking,personality and self-awareness,and explores strategies to combat mental internal friction of college teachers from the aspects of constructing positive thinking mode,breaking the vortex of anticipatory anxiety through single-point attention,guiding college teachers to pay more attention to process,and how to care for themselves more scientifically.
