Research on the Internal Governance System of Vocational Colleges Based on Digital Thinking
The"Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Modern Vocational Education System Construction"by General Office of the CPC Central Committee and General Office of the State Council of People's Republic of China clearly proposes to"enhance the key educational capabilities of vocational schools",and optimizing the internal governance system is a reform task for vocational colleges to enhance their key educational capabilities,safeguarding the high-quality development of vocational colleges.Currently,there are still problems in the internal governance of vocational colleges,such as weak legal thinking,insufficient co-governance thinking,incomplete rules and regulations,and unreasonable governance structure,resulting in inefficient operation of the internal governance system.In the context of big data,improving digital governance literacy,updating governance concepts,improving governance capabilities,and forming a governance culture are effective ways to optimize the internal governance system of vocational colleges.
