数字化工厂在实训教学中的探索与实践

数字化和智能化是制造工厂发展的必然趋势,新型的工厂组织模式对人才的技能提出了新要求.为了弥补目前高校普遍存在的数字化工厂实训教学方面的不足,利用虚拟仿真技术,以真实的企业生产环境为背景,构建了一个流程完整的数字化制造虚拟仿真工厂,重点探索了工厂的整体布局、产品全生命周期管理(PLM)、制造执行系统(MES)等仿真实验项目.实践结果表明,数字化制造虚拟仿真工厂可以有效帮助学生建立现代工厂的运营管理思维和全生命周期理念,培养学生的系统思维和大工程观,为学生更快适应工作岗位奠定良好的基础.
Exploration and Practice of Digital Factory in Practical Teaching
Digitalization and intelligence are inevitable trends in the development of manufacturing factories,and the new factory organization mode has put forward new requirements for the skills of talents.In order to make up for the inadequacy of the digital factory practical training teaching that currently exists in universities,this paper uses virtual simulation technology to build a process-complete digital manufacturing virtual simulation factory with the background of the real enterprise production environment,focusing on exploring the overall layout of the factory,the product whole lifecycle management(PLM),the manufacturing execution system(MES)and other simulation experimental projects.The practical results show that the digital manufacturing virtual simulation factory can effectively help students to establish modern factory operations management thinking and the concept of the whole life cycle,cultivate students'system thinking and big engineering view,and lay a good foundation for students to adapt to the workplace.
