高等教育的任务是培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高级专门人才。学校在"双一流"建设背景下,团队形成以新工科内涵建设为指引,从0基础的启发式创新到科研素养的提升,再到前沿领域下的持续探索,遵循学生科研能力的发展规律,秉承"科研启蒙—科研拔高—科研深耕"的育人理念,开展强根基—重扶持—报社会"三位一体"的人才培养模式。在人才培养中着重强调创新思维及工程实践能力的培养,聚焦前沿需求,通过纵向科研能力的深度培养,探索"T"型人才培养模式,培育了一批科研创新型人才及行业应用型人才,为新工科背景下"启蒙—拔高—深耕"纵深型育人示范团队建设提供了研究范式。
Construction of Enlightenment-Elevation-Cultivation Scientific Education Model
The task of higher education is to train high-level professionals with innovative and practical abilities.Under the background of the"double first-class"initiative construction,our team is guided by the connotation construction of emerging engineering education,from the basis of heuristic innovation to improvement of scientific research literacy,and to continuous exploration in frontier fields,following the law of the development of student scientific research ability,adhering to the education concept of"enlightenment-elevation-cultivation".Through the"strengthening foundation-increasing support-repaying society"trinity of personnel training model,innovative thinking and engineering practice ability are emphasized in the personnel training.A"T"type talent training mode is explored through the in-depth training of vertical scientific research ability.A group of innovative scientific research talents and industry-applied talents are cultivated,which provides a research paradigm in-depth education team.
