摘要
植物分类学是植物学其他学科的基础,它以植物的外部形态与内部解剖学为基础,并与孢粉形态和古生物学相结合,对植物进行鉴定与分类,探讨植物间的系统发育关系.21世纪是生物科学的世纪,植物分类学在生物科学领域具有重要的基础性地位,在植物资源利用与保护等方面具有重要意义,而分类学人才在植物分类学发展过程中起了重要的推动作用.如何培养植物分类学人才是值得探讨的科学问题.依托科学研究项目进行分类学人才培养,从国内分类学人才培养现状、培养分类学人才的重要性、培养路径分析以及依托植物研究项目培养分类学人才取得的成效等方面展开论述,最后提出改进建议,以期为分类学人才培养提供参考.
Abstract
Plant taxonomy is a branch of botany that is based on the external morphology and internal anatomy of plants,combined with pollen morphology and paleontology,to identify and classify plants and explore the phylogenetic relationships among plants.The 21st century is the century of biological science,and plant taxonomy holds a fundamental position in the field of biological science.It is of great significance in the utilization of plant resources and the protection of ecological diversity and the taxonomic talents play an important role in promoting the development of plant taxonomy.How to promote the plant taxonomic talents cultivation is a scientific problem worthy of discussion.Aiming at the mode of cultivating taxonomic talents by research projects,this paper discusses the current situation of domestic taxonomic talents cultivation,the importance of cultivating taxonomic talents,the analysis of cultivation path,and the achievements of cultivating taxonomic talents by relying on plant research projects,and finally puts forward suggestions for improvement,with a view to providing reference for the cultivation of taxonomic talents.
