基于OBE理念的混合式教学在病理课程中的应用

基于成果导向理念探讨全新的教学模式,依职业需求制定相应教学目标,并探讨有效的教学策略。选取护理专业学生为主要研究对象,对采用混合教学模式的部分章节内容进行试验。参考期末考试成绩与总成绩的差异,分析相关基础医学课程成绩,通过问卷调查了解学生学习中存在的问题。结果显示,混合教学模式拓展了学生学习的时间和空间,极大地调动了学生的主体能动性,而基于成果导向的理念也可以让学生更加贴近毕业要求。
Application of Blended Teaching Based on OBE Concept in Pathology Course
To explore a new teaching model based on the result-oriented concept,formulate corresponding teaching objectives according to the vocational needs,and explore effective teaching strategies,nursing students were selected as the main research objects,and some chapters of mixed teaching mode were tested.By referring to the difference between the final exam score and the total score,the results of relevant basic medical courses were analyzed,and the problems in students'learning were understood through questionnaire survey.The blended teaching mode expanded the time and space of students'learning,greatly mobilized their subjective initiative,and based on the result-oriented concept,students could be closer to the graduation requirements.
