OBE理念下的小学教育专业实践教学体系,具有阶段性与连续性、过程性与目标性、协作性与开放性的特点,对高校的人才培养方案和课程教学改革具有重大的指导作用。但研究发现存在对实践教学目标的理解片面,对实践教学内容的训练机械、单调,对实践教学方法的运用刻板、僵化等问题。因此,应确立认知、情意、能力联动发展的实践教学目标,促进学生全面发展,实施分段渐进式的实践教学,提升学生职业素养,采用灵活多样的实践教学方法,实现互动式应用型人才培养的目标。
The Construction of Practical Teaching System of Primary Professional Education under the OBE Concept
The practical teaching system for primary education majors under the OBE concept has the characteristics of stage and continuity,process and goal,collaboration and openness and has an imporant guiding role in reform of talent cultivation plan.However,there are problems such as a single and one-sided understanding of practical teaching objectives,mechanical and monotonous training of practical teaching content,and rigid application of practical teaching methods.Therefore,practical teaching objectives that promote the coordinated development of knowledge,intention,and ability should be set up to,implement segmented and progressive practical teaching,adopt flexible and diverse practical teaching methods and cultivate all-round talents.
